Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
